Returns

We want your shopping experience with Red Tag Supply to be quick and easy. In the event that we do not provide sufficient detail on a particular item please call us prior to placing your order.

All returns must be authorized by Red Tag Supply prior to making the return. Orders returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

Requests for Return Authorization Numbers must include the following information and be sent to returns@redtagsupply.com:

  • Order Number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Condition of item (opened / unopened)

Wrong Product Received

Please open all boxes upon receipt of your order to make sure that the items received are the items you ordered. Our order accuracy is excellent, but orders and filled by human beings so errors can occur. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will expedite shipping on the correct item and issue a pickup on the incorrect item.

Wrong Product Ordered or Customer Changed Mind

If you need to return a product because the wrong item was ordered or you decide you do not want the product please email us at returns@redtagsupply.com or call us at 866-515-8055 for a Return Authorization Number. Returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Please be aware that Free Shipping only applies if you keep the products. In addition to the restocking fee we will also subtract the original shipping charge that we paid to ship your order. Requests for Return Authorization Numbers must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. Please keep all original packaging. Items not in their original condition are not returnable.

Defective Product

All defective product claims must be verified by calling the manufacturer. Oftentimes the product is not actually defective, but rather something is overlooked in the setup or the user is unfamiliar with the product operation. In most cases we can replace products that are determined defective by the manufacturer within the first 30 days. After the initial 30 days please contact the manufacturer directly. Please note that some manufacturers handle returns / warranty repairs differently. Please call to verify the return / warranty policy on a specific item prior to ordering if you have a question.

Return Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. The exception to this is if the product was damaged or we shipped the wrong product. In that case we will have the product picked up.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse your order upon delivery attempt you will receive credit minus shipping charges to and from your location. Free shipping only applies if you keep the product. A 15% restocking fee also applies.

Product Damaged

If the packaging appears to be damaged please have UPS or the Carrier make note upon delivery or refuse the shipment. All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Missing Items

If anything is missing from your order please notify us within 48 hours.

Non-returnable Items

Food and Beverages, Medicines, Furniture once installed or assembled and special order items are non-returnable. Items that are not in their original packaging with all original contents (includes packing material) or have writing on the box are also non-returnable. Dated items are also non-returnable.
